TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18th
"On The Hill" Lobby Day: Malachi joined me in Olympia, WA, to participate in a day-long advocacy day with the NW Rare Disease Coalition. We had the opportunity to meet with elected representatives from our voting district and others to share our lived experience about living with, and caring for someone with, a rare medical condition.

Meanwhile... Deacon joined in the boys' weekly Drum Circle
Online Group: Drum Circle
The boys have long participated in a weekly online drumming class with Drum to LEARN, a nonprofit organization. The instructor is a child development specialist who combines lessons in music and rhythm with social and emotional learning and literacy.
WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19th

Social Group: AAC Social Group six-week session for Malachi
Malachi's speech therapy center is hosting a weekly club for young, emerging AAC language learners. The kids participate in a story time activity and guided play while practicing using their device.
