Adventures in Nature: Kopachuck State Park.
Park number NINE in our quest to visit all SIXTEEN Washington State Parks in our three-county region this spring! (That is: King, Pierce and Thurston counties in Western Washington) On March 30th, my eight-year-old son Malachi and I packed up and headed across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge to Kopachuck State Park in Gig Harbor, Washington (Pierce County).
